*JRL protests against ban on Jama’at-e-Islami*

>>>    The Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) Friday held a protest demonstration in Srinagar demanding immediate  release of political prisoners.

     _Scores of members and activists of Hurriyat and JKLF assembled in Maisuma and chanted slogans “release all political prisoners” and ” ban on Jama’at-e-Islami is unacceptable”._

      *The protesters said that ban on religious organisation Jama’at-e- Islami is unacceptable, and strongly condemned it.*

      “Most of the religious leaders and JRL leadership has been detained by the police, we demand immediate release of all leaders,” the protesters said
